I have an idea!
1. Let’s have a conversation about a nagging problem that all other modern nations have attempted to fix but America has not.
2. Then let’s talk about why action is neccesarry, both morally and fiscally.
3. Then let’s ignore the best options because they aren’t popular with super rich tyrants and cherchants of death.
4. Next, let’s ask a bunch of people to come up with a solution, people who already told you that they hate you and all your ideas.
5. Then we’ll create a bill that angers everyone and creates many more problems than it solves.
6. Finally, let’s pat ourselves on the back and call it a good day for America.
IS THIS SERIOUSLY THE BEST WE CAN DO?!?!?!
P.S. Watch channel 4. 5, 6. or 7 at dinner tonight, then tell me how happy you are with your socialized fire departments, schools, police departments, or armed forces. Then contrast this with the private banks, credit card companies, loan sharks, and oil companies. Let me know what you bright people come up with.
